Dear Readers!
This is my birthday OOTD, also shot on my birthday. I had my birthday a month ago. So, these pictures are a month old. Actually, I was looking for something white to wear on my birthday but of course i couldn't find anything. not anything!! Me and my best friend went out looking fr something that i would like but nothing caught my eye. You know how it works, when you go out desperately looking for something to buy, u don't find anything and when you go out shopping for a friend or window shop prolly empty budget u see everything u like and wish to steal the whole store. YUPPP.... the struggle! Seriously! 
So, back to this outfit. Then I finally found something decent. I loved the color and the style of the outfit, simple yet classy. The heels had caught my eye since the first time i laid my eyes on it. I love the lace up and the color. I guess my whole outfit has a pop of pastels. Baby blue dress, minty pastel green shoulder bag and cloudy gray heels. I think the combination works well because all the color compliments each other. It wasn't so fancy for my birthday but it was to my liking and i'm happy with the way the whole look came out.

Floral Pop and Flare

Hey Ya'll! It's been long and I haven't been posting enough on  my blog lately. I will try to blog more looks more often.  Lately I have noticed I have been getting quite good use out of this flare denim I bought from Lane 88. It has got the perfect casual chic look and what drew me into it is the distressed raw hemline on the bottom. Its both about the comfort and looking put together. Its perfect for someone like me who usually prefers slouchy comfy over sized clothes any day. I was eyeing for this kinda denim style for quite long, I like everything about it, especially the raw effect going on in the bottom. 

I think its versatile style that goes with everything. You could pair it up with a tee shirt, top or a camisole for casual or formal look. Or even play it up w accessories and shoes like boots, heels, gladiators to create different looks. 

In this look i am pairing the denim with a floral button down top and a mirrored shades for a 90's kinda chic vibe.

T r a d i t i o n a l l y M o d e r n

Hello Guys! I think this will be the first look for 2016. Because I wore this look around January it might not be the most appropriate look for current month. I wore this outfit for a wedding I had to attend. I purchased this beautiful patterned fuchsia pink top while visiting Big Bazar in Darjeeling. I was drawn by the combination of blue and pink and the pattern of this top. I must say, they had tons of beautiful varieties of such traditional tops and kurtis.
Though i wanted my top to be the focus of this outfit. I didn't want to look too traditional or feminine so i paired a ripped skinny and leather jacket with my bright colored top and dangle earrings.
